In our Italian class you will make a classic White Clam Sauce with fresh clams! Learn how to clean and cook little-neck clams and turn them into a delicious quick sauce served with pasta. We’ll also make the Italian staple dessert Tiramisu: a creamy dessert of espresso-soaked ladyfingers surrounded by lightly sweetened whipped cream and a rich mascarpone.

Learn some classic French cooking techniques to impress your friends and family at your next dinner party! Chef will teach us how to make a simple vinaigrette to dress any salad and how to make a delicious soup called vichyssoise (Potato Leek Soup). For the main course, the class will learn how to make Mussels Marinere – fresh mussels steamed with shallots, garlic, butter, white wine and fresh herbs that begs to be slopped up with a roughly torn baguette.

In our salute to Mexico, this class will learn how to make incredible carne asada tacos. Chef will teach us how to perfectly season and grill beef steak plus how to properly warm corn tortillas. The class will practice knife skills while making a fresh pico de gallo and a spicy guacamole to top off the tacos. What’s more, you’ll learn our chef’s recipe for the perfect Margarita. Ole!

In this class, you’ll learn how to make a quick and healthy weeknight meal that clears out those leftover veggies in your fridge. Chef will teach us her yummy chicken stir fry recipe in a delicious sauce with perfectly prepared white rice, brown rice and quinoa. You’ll also learn how to make and fry delicious cream cheese wontons sure to please!
